Our corporate suites are spacious, 1100-1500 square feet, with high ceilings of 16 feet. They come complete with everything you need for success while you are in Lincoln: High speed internet, private phone lines for complimentary local calls, credit card long distance phoning, reserved parking, and all of the comforts of home. As a guest in one of our suites, you are welcome to use the onsite 24-hour exercise room whenever you wish.

All suites include fully furnished kitchens to so that you can decide whether to prepare a meal or visit one of Lincoln’s favorite collection of fine restauants. An in-suite washer and dryer to help you put your best foot forward during your stay.

Suites include such distinguished touches as marble wall panels, terrazzo and warm, rich maple floors. Stately 12’ windows to keep you in touch with the hustle and bustle of the busy streets while you reside in comfort and luxury inside. Additionally, living areas are large and private; well-suited for a staff retreat, a private business meeting, a confidential interview, or conversation.

Don’t let the names fool you. Although labeled as corporate suites, our spaces serve equally well for family gatherings, social events, or as a perfect get away location in the heart of Lincoln’s downtown dining and entertainment district. One of Lincoln’s finest Thai restaurants, “The Blue Orchid,” is located within the building.

The Grand Manse is located just across the street from the Historic Haymarket district and within walking distance to the Lied Center for Performing Arts, the Johnny Carson Theatre, and The University of NebraskaCity Campus.
